Optimization Method for the Topology and Capacity Configuration of “The Photovoltaic, Storage, Charging, Battery-Swapping, and Hydrogen” Park
The topology and capacity configuration of a photovoltaic, storage, charging, battery-swapping, and hydrogen park are key factors that affect the park's operational efficiency. By establishing different topologies based on local resource endowments and energy demand, it is possible to propose operational logic tailored to each element, enhancing equipment utilization and reducing unnecessary asset investments. Using photovoltaic installed capacity as a variable parameter and inputting a typical daily PV output curve, we derive the optimal daily energy dispatch strategy under varying installed capacities, achieving dual optimization of external and internal resources. Ultimately, a cost-benefit evaluation is used to compare and assess the design schemes, streamlining the process of evaluating complex engineering projects.
