Multi-Objective Optimization of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor for Active Side Stick
The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is used as a loading device for the operating handle in the active side stick system. The high power density and low cogging torque is required for the design of PMSM. In this paper, the multiobjective optimization of the PMSM is studied. The average output torque and cogging torque of the motor are taken as the optimization objectives. The Taguchi method is used to analyze the sensitivity of the relevant structural parameters. And the structural parameters were grouped according to the results of the sensitivity analysis. Based on the hierarchical results, the response surface method, genetic algorithm and single parameter scanning method are used for multi-objective optimization. The structural parameters with the best optimized performance of PMSM are finally determined. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the optimization method is proved by 2D finite element simulation.
