High Voltage Laboratory Safety Risk Assessment Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
Due to the high voltage level, large test current, and frequent high-altitude operations in high-voltage laboratory, qualitative methods are mainly used in China to analyze and evaluate their risks. The article elaborates on four common types of accidents that may occur in high-voltage laboratories, including fires, electric shocks, lifting injuries, and falls from heights. It proposes control directions and assigns weights to each indicator through the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Based on the weight obtained from the analysis, suggestions to reduce safety risks in ultra-high voltage laboratories can be proposed. At the same time, based on the capital required for the four common accident control directions, an economic benefit analysis of the operation process of the high-voltage laboratory is conducted, providing reference for testing institutions and research institutes to strengthen safety management.
