Safety and efficacy of combined intra-articular administration of vancomycin and ε-aminocaproic acid in total hip arthroplasty
Adding intra-articular EACA to vancomycin did not affect intra-articular vancomycin levels, and maintained EACA's antifibrinolytic effects.
