Scandinavian Patterns of Criminal Liability of Legal Entities: The General and The Special in National Laws

The article is devoted to the consideration of the concept of a national model of criminal liability of legal entities; options for combining existing national models of criminal liability of legal entities into separate groups; analysis of the point of view on the existence of unified (common) models of criminal liability of legal entities for a group of countries using the example of the Scandinavian model of criminal liability of legal entities identified in legal literature.
