Lossless Floating Immittance Simulator Based on CCIIs

A new floating immittance simulator (FIS) is introduced in this paper. The introduced FIS is based on the second-generation current conveyors (CCIIs). In the proposed FIS, the minimum number of passive elements is used with two dual-output CCII and one inverting CCII. The simulations of the proposed FIS are performed using 0.18 µm CMOS technology parameters. All simulations are made via the SPICE program. Also, the proposed FIS is tested in the second-order passive band-pass filter.
