Design, Synthesis, Structural Analysis, And Microbial Activity ofNew 1,2,4-Triazol-3-One-Based Heterocyclic Derivatives

In this study, We synthesis, characterization, and evaluation of the biological activity of novel 1,2,4-Triazolone derivatives(7a-7j). Employing diverse synthetic methodologies, we successfully synthesized a range of 1,2,4-Triazolone compounds. Comprehensive characterisation was performed using NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) Analysis, Infrared (IR) Spectral Analysis, and Mass Spectrometric Examination to confirm the molecular structures of the synthesised compounds. The biological activities were assessed by evaluating the antibacterial efficacy against Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the antifungal activity against Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Most of the synthesised derivatives exhibited significant antibacterial and antifungal activities. These results underscore the potential of 1,2,4-Triazolone derivatives are promising candidates for antimicrobial applications. This research advances the field of triazole chemistry and highlights the potential application of these compounds in the development of new pharmaceutical compounds to address bacterial and fungal pathogens
