Stand instead of the road. Accelerated testing of military vehicles for reliability

The article presents the scientific and methodical basis for the development of a method for modeling (reproducing) on the bench the dynamic impact on the test sample, equivalent in level of exercise from a test road with a random microprofile, by using the biharmonic unevenness of the synprofile, which causes simultaneous excitation of oscillations in the region of low- and high-frequency resonances, providing high efficiency, forcing and acceleration of testing of military vehicles samples on a drum stand regardless of climatic factors.
