Magnetic biomonitoring of the environment in the city of Perm

The article presents the results of research on the development of a new method for direct determination of mercury microconcentrations in food products of plant origin using the atomic absorption method of cold steam with mercury concentration from sample suspensions and ultrasonic treatment of suspensions. The developed method has a number of advantages - the ability to analyze solid samples without preliminary transfer to a solution, which significantly simplifies the analysis procedure, increases the rapidity, accuracy due to the prevention of mercury losses during its extraction from solid samples, as well as the economic and commercial availability of equipment. The correctness of the developed method is proven by comparison with the results obtained using GOST methods and the additive method. Keywords: MERCURY, FOOD PRODUCTS, SUSPENSIONS, ATOMIC ABSORPTION, MONITORING
