Real-Time Monitoring and Response System for Virtual Power Plants Based on Distributed Computing
Abstract: A smart operation and maintenance management system for photovoltaic power plants based on big data technology has emerged. The system adopts a distributed architecture, achieving key functions such as real-time data collection, efficient transmission, distributed storage, and real-time processing of plant equipment. It integrates multiple machine learning algorithms for intelligent analysis and prediction of generation capacity, equipment health status, and fault types, thereby enhancing operational accuracy and efficiency. Moreover, the system provides web and mobile interfaces for real-time monitoring of plant operations. During system development, comprehensive tests were conducted on cluster load capacity and data processing latency, leading to targeted optimizations of system configurations to ensure high-concurrency processing capabilities in production environments. The successful implementation of this system underscores the vast application prospects of big data technology in the renewable energy sector and its significant role in advancing intelligent operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants.
