Research on Efficient Sports Training System Based on Virtual Reality Technology

Abstract: This study developed and evaluated a sports training system based on virtual reality (VR) technology. Through user experience assessment, training effectiveness comparison, and system performance testing, the results showed that the system performed excellently in multiple aspects. User satisfaction was high, and VR training significantly improved technical accuracy, reaction speed, and tactical decision-making ability compared to traditional methods while effectively reducing injury risks. System performance tests confirmed its good stability and reliability. The study validated the application value of VR technology in sports training, providing new directions for future innovations in training methods. However, some areas needing further optimization were identified. Overall, the successful development of this system offers a powerful tool to enhance athlete training efficiency and competitive levels.
