Abstract

This study provided an explanation of the technique used to examine how small enterprises in Mbombela are currently supported by electronic systems. E-commerce, or mobile application-based buying, gives users a way to connect with online brands and easily communicate directly with suppliers. This study's goal is driven by the quick growth of technology integration and electronic business. The way small firms have changed in recent years, particularly in developing nations, suggests that electronic commerce has a significant impact on the development of technology. The significance of technological innovation for small businesses increases consumer interest in connecting with brands globally, allowing them to engage more directly with the global market and enjoying the convenience of having goods delivered right to their door. To support system application and identify the qualities small businesses should have to compete in the global market, software and hardware development is required. The research study employs a workflow diagram, actor-network theory, telecommunications support function, and methodology to ensure trust in successfully completing online purchases with service delivery. Empirical research of small enterprises in Mbombela was examined using theoretical theories and frameworks to increase business survival while also ensuring continuity in business and services across the global market.
