The article deals with theoretical concepts of F. H. Knight and H. Leibenstein about uncertainty and risk in entrepreneurship. It also deals with the structuring of risk but also the role of moral hazard in the financial sector. Attention is also paid a brief reflection on risk and moral hazard in entrepreneurship and contemporary global financial crisis.
