Šíření a aplikace MPH v AČR

Dissemination of international humanitarian Jaw (IHL) rules is according to the Geneva Conventions an obligation of each ratifying State Party. Dissemination and training are an essential condition for practical implementation of IHL. It is an ongoing and important process to ensure that armed forces follow the rules set out by the IHL, thus particularly armed forces must be the focus of the dissemination and training efforts of the States. Duty to follow IHL rules is contained in various legal acts and internal instructions of the Ministry of Defence.
