Ordem régia e vozes de protesto na escritura de documentos luso-brasileiros: entre rascunhos, minutas, originais e cópias
The analysis of the royal charter of 1755, through the methodologies of Philology, Diplomatics and Archival Science, aims to recognize the document in its historical context. The study verifies the path taken by the manuscript since its production, in administrative headquarters, until its use as an object of scientific, social and cultural study, in the permanent archives. From the perspective of the concept of the archival bound, that is, of the organic context in which the documents are inserted in a government archive, the study announces the inedited report of the logistics used by the Portuguese Crown to institute the tax known as “voluntary subsidy”, which was charged since 1756, to help in the reconstruction of Lisbon, after the earthquake on 1755, and lasted until the time of the Imperial Brazil.
