Consumption and Cost Characteristics of Crossover Methods for Overhead Transmission Lines

This article focuses on the cost-effectiveness analysis of overhead transmission lines under different crossover methods, aiming to evaluate and compare the economic performance of different crossover methods in terms of construction costs, material consumption, operation and maintenance costs, etc. Actual engineering case data of different crossover methods is collected from various channels such as engineering reports, on-site measurement records, historical operation and maintenance data, financial statements, etc., including construction costs, material usage, and operation and maintenance expenses, and the data is cleaned and standardized. Based on the collected data, an engineering case database containing multiple crossover methods is established, and an evaluation indicator system that includes multiple dimensions such as material consumption, construction costs, and operation costs is constructed. The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weights of each indicator, ensuring the comprehensiveness and objectivity of the evaluation results. Finally, through comparative analysis, the most cost-effective crossover method is identified. Experimental data shows that among all engineering cases, the average construction cost of hybrid crossover is the lowest, at 8.876 million yuan. In addition, the operation costs of the hybrid crossover remains at a low level, further confirming its long-term economic viability.
