Analysis of Training Optimization Strategy Based on Adaptive Hierarchical Genetic Algorithm

In response to the problems of insufficient speed improvement and difficulty in achieving expected rational results in traditional athlete speed training strategies, this paper introduces an adaptive hierarchical GA (Genetic Algorithm), combining individual characteristics of athletes and training needs. This can achieve targeted speed training programs. This plan involves theoretical analysis and algorithm design of adaptive hierarchical GA, combined with the characteristics and requirements of athlete speed training, to construct a training optimization model suitable for athletes. The experimental results show that the optimization strategy for athlete speed training based on adaptive hierarchical GA has a significant effect on athlete speed training, and is superior to traditional training strategies in terms of speed, body protection, and training time.
