Ultrasound‐Responsive Polymeric Piezoelectric Nanoparticles for Remote Activation and Neuronal Differentiation of Human Neural Stem Cells
Piezoelectric Polymeric Nanoparticles Piezoelectric polymeric nanoparticles provide an innovative, non-invasive strategy for driving neural stem cell differentiation. Remotely activated by low-intensity ultrasound, these biocompatible nanotransducers induce calcium influx and achieve significant neuronal differentiation within just three days of stimulation. This nanotechnology-based approach delivers precise, wireless electrical stimulation, paving the way for innovative therapies in central nervous system regeneration.
