A total of 618 (320 patients and 298 healthy volunteers) were included in the study.Mean (AESD) Spot.Creatinine(mg/dl) & S. Creatinine (mg/dl) in the overall population was 1.9 (AE1.9)& 1.8 (AE1.8);2.9 (AE 2.2) & 2.8 (AE 2.2); 0.86 (AE 0.23) & 0.81 (AE 0.25) in patients and healthy volunteers respectively.A Pearson correlation coefficient depicted a positive correlation between the two variables, r (df) 1, p < 0.001.The sensitivity and specificity of Spot.Creatinine was 91.29% and 96.02% respectively; with a PPV and NPV of 94.52% and 93.62% and an accuracy of 94.17%.I did not use generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process.
