WCN25-4054 UNMASKING PAGET-SCHROETTER SYNDROME: THE HIDDEN RISK OF AVF CREATION
Results: right pterional craniotomy followed by clipping of aneurysm was performed, the patient was discharged in stable condition, later again she was admitted after 1 month followed by total abdominal hysterectomy. Conclusions: ADPKD is a complex disorder involving multiple organs, but the association with fibroid has rarely been reported so far.Females presenting with abdominal pain and menorrhagia and a known case of ADPKD must be investigated for some uterine fibroid and adequate management must be done to alleviate the symptoms.I have no potential conflict of interest to disclose.I did not use generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process.
