WCN25-4466 Baseline parameters of IgA Nephropathy Using the Oxford MEST Score: Insights from the I-TANGIBLE Registry
in non-diabetic adults.Longitudinal cohort studies are essential for elucidating the natural history of these diseases; however, data from low-and middle-income countries remain scarce. This report presents the baseline characteristics of patients with FSGS and MN from the I-TANGIBLE, the first primary glomerular disease registry from India. Methods: In this I-TANGIBLE registry, fundedby ICMR, patients with biopsy-confirmed FSGS and MN were recruited and observed over two years with quarterly evaluations.Key clinical parameters collected included serum creatinine, estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), 24-hour urine protein or protein-to-creatinine ratio (PCR), serum albumin, and blood pressure.Treatment details, including anti-proteinuric therapies and immunosuppressive regimens, were also documented.Nephrotic syndrome was defined as proteinuria above 3.5g/day, and serum albumin less than 2.5 g/dl.
