Eğitim Yönetiminde Okul Öncesi Eğitiminin Önemi ve Amaçları Kapsamında Teknoloji Kullanımının İncelenmesi

This study focuses on the study of the use of technology within the scope of the importance and objectives of preschool education in educational management. Preschool education allows the child to be more productive and creative at the same time while addressing all areas of development and to reveal his/her own potential at a high rate. During the preschool period, when preparation for life is made, children are able to reveal their identity in society by acquiring certain habits and developing individually. During this period, the physical environment consisting of rich stimulants contributes to the completion of the educational process in a good way by supporting the child's learning life and all areas of development. The preschool period, which is characterized as the first six years of life, covers the most active years when the child shows the fastest development and interacts with society. During these years, when brain development is progressing rapidly, the interaction and stimulants established with the social environment support the child's multifaceted development. All warnings received have an impact on the child's mental health and thinking skills. When the child's brain development and mental health are evaluated as a whole, the importance of environmental factors will be better understood and it will be serious for the child to complete his development in a healthy environment. Within this scope, technology, which covers every area of life, reaches every audience starting from preschool by enabling children to get acquainted with technological devices at a young age. With the widespread use of technological devices, various academic debates have also emerged about the dimension that children add to their lives. As a result of these discussions, it has been reached that technology poses a risk in child development. The reason is stated as the fact that the touch screen takes over the child's life and he faces various diseases while distancing himself from society. Like the technological activities that have increased recently, the time that children devote to technology is also increasing at the same rate. Although many researchers and educators have advocated the importance of children learning with technology since preschool and have devoted themselves to researching and implementing technology-related applications, the impact of young children's technology use on their development still needs to be discussed. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a typology in order to Deconstruct the interaction between technology and critical factors affecting children's learning in an effective way.
