Ações inclusivas e diversidade nos quadrinhos: estudo de caso da 7ª Bienal de Quadrinhos de Curitiba

It aims to present resources that enable deeper reflection on comic books produced by women in Brazil through a case study of actions promoted by the 7th Curitiba Comics Biennial, which took place in September 2023, as well as evaluating parallel activities that aimed to expand the reach and consumption of these works. The hypothesis that guides this work is that spaces for cultural legitimization of comic books could generate greater interest among the participating public in works that are not usually among the most evaluated on specialized websites, in addition to offering, by targeted activities, new reading possibilities that would favor greater connection and empathy between readers and themes covered in the productions.
