This article analyzes, through a literature review, the strategies and technological tools that organizations adopt to integrate advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT and ERP and CRM systems into their operations. The study identifies resistance to change, lack of digital skills and associated costs, particularly in SMEs, as key challenges. Digital leadership strategies and strategic planning emerge as essential elements to align organizational objectives with digitization, enabling effective use of these tools. The results highlight that the proper implementation of these technologies not only optimizes internal processes but also drives innovation and long-term sustainability. The research concludes that digital transformation must be addressed with a holistic approach, integrating technological tools, adaptive leadership strategies and organizational commitment to overcome barriers and seize opportunities in an increasingly digitized market.
