State Extra-Budgetary Funds: Specifics of the Extra-Budgetary Status

The article is devoted to the study of the budget law status of extra-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation. The interrelation of the social status of the state and budgets of state extra-budgetary funds is shown. The fact that despite the difference in the form of incorporation of the above funds their budget law status is equal is also underlined. Examples of other sources of funding of social obligations of the state are given.
