IMPLEMENTATION OF MODERN PRINCIPLES OF ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN IN DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

The article examines modern principles of environmental design through the example of several projects, demonstrating their implementation and impact on the aesthetic and ethical aspects of the environment. The main principles include inclusive design, social inclusion, consideration of cultural characteristics, visual appeal, and emotional well-being. These aspects aim to create spaces that not only meet functional needs but also promote people's health and well-being, as well as the preservation of the environment. Using the example of tourist clusters such as Kolomna and Zaraysk, successful improvement and reconstruction projects are discussed, aimed at creating a comfortable and attractive environment for locals and tourists. In Kolomna, the focus is on the renovation of central streets, the creation of bike routes, and inclusive design, which enhances the city's tourist appeal. In Zaraysk, the importance of historical authenticity and the use of traditional materials and color schemes in the new urban center landscaping is emphasized. Additionally, the conservation of the historical environment is considered using the example of the manege reconstruction project in Zvenigorod, where attention is paid to preserving historical elements and creating a modern functional space. Projects based on the conservation of the historical environment use innovative approaches such as augmented reality to recreate and preserve cultural heritage, contributing to the visual and emotional appeal of restored objects. Finally, architectural approaches including regionalism, which combines local traditions with modern architectural trends, are discussed. An example is the Eco-center Nuvi At in KhMAO in Beloyarsk, where elements of indigenous cultures are used in a modern architectural context, contributing to the creation of a unique and attractive architectural environment. In conclusion, the significance of modern principles of environmental design for the preservation and development of the historical environment of cities is emphasized, which contributes to improving the quality of life and meeting the aesthetic and emotional needs of locals and tourists.
