Financial Law Culture

This publication is the first work devoted to the research of a new category for financial and legal science — the category of “financial and legal culture”. The article provides a critical assessment of the content of sources of legal regulation of financial culture. The complexity and illogicality of both the categorical apparatus in this area and the content of legal regulation in general are noted. The characteristics of the generic concept of “culture” are given: they are necessary for implementation both in financial and legal science when studying the essence of financial culture, and in the system of normative and legal regulation to clarify legal definitions.
