Specifics of Interaction of the Social Fund of Russia with Obligated Entities in the Government Digitalization Conditions

The development of a modern state requires the introduction of digital tools into the system of public administration, including in the social sphere. Today, the Russian Federation demonstrates a high level of digitalization of interaction between government agencies and citizens on social security issues. Based on the analysis, the article concludes that not all legislative initiatives have been implemented in practice. Moreover, some innovations have led to a number of negative consequences. The conclusion is made about the need to improve and continue the processes of introducing digital technologies into the social sphere.
