In this regard, using the advantages and appropriate features of e-commerce and its correct definition in the hotel industry can play a key role in attracting tourists; Therefore, in this research, we want to improve the hotel industry with the aim of increasing the security satisfaction of customers, and to achieve this, blockchain technology will be used. The results showed that the use of blockchain has increased the satisfaction of hotel customers and improved their loyalty.
