A Method to Balancing Yin and Yang in the Human Body(2)-An Innovative Perspective on Treating Hypertensive Disease

Hypertension is a common disease, the etiology of which remains unclear in both Chinese and Western medicine. This paper, based on the updated 2022 version of the acupuncture bronze figure model created by the author, uses patient cases to demonstrate that hypertension is linked to the circadian rhythm of meridian flow in traditional Chinese medicine. Additional evidence is drawn from dynamic blood pressure data obtained online, aiming to identify the root cause of hypertension and benefit human life and health. Meridian regulation refers to the use of external physical stimulation to restore the Yin-Yang balance and achieve natural harmony in the operation of the body’s meridians, complementing effective medications to treat diseases. It may also be possible to achieve similar outcomes through certain self-care practices. This represents a novel perspective and an advanced approach to the treatment of hypertension, which may attract the attention of both the medical community and the general public. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long and profound history. With persistent effort, we are bound to make discoveries, inventions, innovations, and significant progress.
