MANAGERIAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AS THE MOST IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF CONDUCTING MILITARY SPORTS GAMES

In today’s conditions, it becomes more and more difficult for pedagogues in relevant fields to find new ways to effectively influence the object of the educational process. All this happens in the conditions when modern students-youth, a significant part of them, come to HEIs with low motivation towards quality education and professional self-improvement. Often a future specialist has more unreasonable ambitions than practical abilities and skills. There are also students who have the desire but are unable to implement what they set in their minds due to a lack of determination, doubts, practical skills in establishing interaction, setting a phased task and taking responsibility. The article reveals the features of the use of military sports game for the formation of organizational and managerial qualities of future specialist-managers. Non-standard ways of increasing motivation in the educational process have been defined. Methodological recommendations for the effective use of the military sports game in educational and training activities are given. Taking into account the relevance of the topic, the theoretical and practical significance of the problem, in 2023 we organized various military sports games on the playgrounds of public schools N 37 and 41 in the city of Gyumri, including 18 first-year students in “Physical Education and Sports Training” of SUSh in the study. Sociological surveys on self-evaluation of young people were conducted both in the initial and final period of the research.
