Participação Popular, Adequação e Excesso Democrático
This article intends to investigate, through bibliographical research, the issue of the right to popular participation, analyzing its foundations, reasons, criticisms and defects. The study is justified since there are questions about the limits, relevance and effectiveness of the right to participation tools. The question is: should the right to participate be restricted or expanded? The Study intends to answer the question by the hypothesis that the best way is to expand in a qualified manner, correcting any errors and proposing solutions. The deductive method was used in the investigation phase and made use of bibliographical research techniques and operational concepts.
