Projeto “MP Conciliação e Constitucionalidade”

The Project "MP Conciliation and Constitutionality: Control of Constitutionality through Self-Composition and Interinstitutional Dialogue allows the practice of self-composition with interinstitutional dialogue in cases of constitutionality control, outside of judicial channels. The importance of the topic is justified both by its institutional relevance, in view of the articulation within the institution, in view of the resolution regulations; as well as the social relevance in the public prosecutor's role in defending the legal order and guaranteeing the constitutionality of normative acts. As for the methodology, the inductive method was followed, using referent techniques and concepts. operational and bibliographical research (Pasold, 2011). It is concluded that the project is inserted in the context of constitutional policy and the actions developed in it are important for the protection and guarantee of the legal and constitutional order and for the realization of social justice.
