3D image degradation of the free wall in human left ventricle based on X-ray phase-contrast microtomography
Image degradation refers to the problems of image blur, distortion and resolution decline caused by various reasons in the process of image acquisition, processing and transmission. In this paper, through different scale analysis of high-resolution images, this scale can be achieved by other imaging equipment. This processing is conducive to the research of imaging equipment, and lays the foundation for subsequent image reconstruction and testing. As a new X-ray imaging technology, SR-PCT imaging) can clearly show most of the information of cell tissue, which is of great significance for the analysis and diagnosis of cardiac diseases in clinical medicine. However, due to its high cost, the technology has not yet been popularized in China. Therefore, this paper selected the free wall image of human left ventricle taken by this technique as the research object, and used multi-scale downsampling of tissue cells of interest using traditional methods. By analyzing the experimental results, it has some desirability.
