Comparison of Beamforming Algorithms in 5G Mobile Scenarios

Beamforming technology is a key technology of 5G, which can effectively improve the spectrum efficiency and system capacity through the aggregation of the transmitted signal energy, and has been widely used in practical engineering. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of several common beamforming algorithms in engineering are analyzed, and an optimal beamforming algorithm based on reverse water filling is derived by using the reasonably simplified Shannon capacity formula in the multi-flow scenario to solve the problem of power distribution difference among layers in SVD beamforming algorithm. At the same time, the simulation compares and analyzes the performance of these algorithms in the moving scene. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has obvious advantages when the SNR is not high in the moving scene and has important guiding significance for the high-level scheduling of the beamforming algorithm in the moving scene.
