THE EFFECT OF PROBIOTIC PREPARATIONS ON THE MICROBIOCENOSIS OF THE GENITAL TRACT OF FRESH COW DURING THE TREATMENT OF ENDOMETRITIS

The reproductive system in Russia diseases in cattle in Russia are of great importance for milk production, calf offspring and farm profitability calculations. The article presents the results of a study of the effect of the probiotic Bifidumbacterin in doses of at least 10x107 intravaginally twice with an interval of 72 hours with sanitation of the external genital tract in the complex therapy of endometritis in fresh cows at the Chernovskoy Agricultural Production Cooperative in the Chelyabinsk Region. The study involved 6 fresh cows aged 3 to 10 years with acute endometritis; genital swabs and smears of vaginal discharge were collected from sick cows. The general background of microbial bodies of the genital tract of fresh cows was studied on the 3-7th day after the start of antibacterial therapy with the drug Nioxytil forte and the probiotic Bifidumbacterin plus iodinol-dimexide solution in the form of sanitation of the genital tract. The prevalence of Escherichia coli, Acinetobacter iwoffi, Proteus vulgaris, Enterococcus faecalis in the amount of CFU from 13 to 23x104 was noted in the genital tract. After two-fold use of the probiotic Bifidumbacterin, the amount of Escherichia coli decreased to 2x103 CFU, Acinetobacter iwoffi, Proteus vulgaris, Enterococcus faecalis disappeared on the 7th day of therapy. In cows that received only antibacterial therapy, the number of Escherichia coli decreased to 3x103 CFU, Acinetobacter iwoffi decreased to 2x103 CFU, Enterococcus faecalis decreased to 3x103 CFU, and Proteus vulgaris disappeared on the 7th day of therapy, which indicated the normalization of the microbiocenosis of the genital tract in fresh cows with endometritis in the experimental group, while in the control group, a decrease in secondary microflora was also observed against the background of the use of chemotherapeutic drugs.
