Strategies for Developing Human Resources in Regional Cultural Content through Media Culture Communication

This study proposes a plan to foster human resources in regional cultural content from the perspective of media culture communication. With the advancement of digital media, there are increasing opportunities to reinterpret regional cultures and expand them into the global market, making specialized talent development essential. However, The regional cultural content industry is still heavily concentrated in the capital region, highlighting the need for region-specific educational programs and infrastructure. Based on successful case studies, this research suggests a human resource development plan focused on three key elements: educational programs, infrastructure, and collaboration with regional stakeholders. The strategies include developing customized educational programs, enhancing practice- oriented training, focusing on global market education, establishing expert mentoring and networks, and increasing government and community support. Although the study has limitations due to the reliance on a limited number of case studies, it emphasizes that with adequate policy support and implementation, the balanced development of the regional cultural content industry and the creation of a sustainable environment for talent cultivation can be achieved.
