Analyzing And Modeling Outdoor Gaussian Man-made Radio Noise Based on Different Environments
The outdoor Gaussian man-made radio noise exerts a considerable impact on the requisite performance of radio communication receivers. However, in the wake of technological advancement, the outdoor man-made radio noise environment is prone to alteration, and the applicability of the existing models of outdoor Gaussian man-made radio noise may change. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to analyze the outdoor Gaussian man-made radio noise figure data measured by International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in urban, residential, and rural environments over nearly 15 years, and to compare these with the calculated values from the ITU model. Through analyzing the changes in the man-made radio noise environment in recent years, the paper ultimately provides corrected fitting coefficients based on this data.
