Inverse Design of Silicon-Based Interlayer Coupling Structures Based on Artificial Neural Networks

For the first time, we utilize artificial neural networks to achieve the inverse design of silicon-based interlayer coupling structures. By implementing data preprocessing and migration learning methods, we significantly enhance the accuracy of the neural network. This study demonstrates the practicality of this approach for the effective inverse design of silicon-based interlayer coupling structures.

Abstract

For the first time, we utilize artificial neural networks to achieve the inverse design of silicon-based interlayer coupling structures. By implementing data preprocessing and migration learning methods, we significantly enhance the accuracy of the neural network. This study demonstrates the practicality of this approach for the effective inverse design of silicon-based interlayer coupling structures.
