Research on Radar Clutter Generation Methods Based on Pre-Simulation of Dynamic Scenes
Radar clutter simulation is crucial for validating the detection performance of radar systems in complex environments. Traditional clutter simulation methods struggle to adapt to the dynamic changes in environments. This paper presents a radar clutter signal generation method based on pre-simulation of dynamic scenes. By utilizing a Digital Elevation Model (DEM), a surface cover model, and the proposed spherical sampling method, we pre-calculate and generate a database of discretized clutter model parameters for predetermined flight paths. During the generation of simulated clutter, interpolation techniques are employed to achieve fast and accurate simulation of radar clutter signals in dynamic scenes. Experimental results demonstrate that this method can accurately simulate radar clutter in dynamic environments.
