A Method for High-Precision Direction Finding of a Satellite Navigation Interference Source Using the UAV
Satellite navigation signals are easily susceptible to various intentional or unintentional interference. The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV), with its convenience and lift-off advantages can effectively compensate for the drawbacks of traditional satellite navigation interference source detection, which has low efficiency and high difficulty, reducing time and manpower costs. However, because the UAV is susceptible to the influence of wind and its own flight control in the air, even in a hovering state, it cannot remain completely still. The UAV will experience irregular minor vibrations, leading to poor accuracy and slow convergence of satellite navigation interference source direction finding. Based on the real-time direction finding algorithm, this study proposes a high-precision direction finding method for satellite navigation interference sources on unmanned aerial vehicles, with linear interpolation of electronic compass and multistage adaptive filtering. The results show that the proposed method can effectively solve the problem of poor directional accuracy and slow convergence of direction finding results for UAVs in non-stationary states in the air, and greatly enhancing the efficiency of identifying satellite navigation interference sources for UAVs.
