Equivalent Modeling and Analysis of Large Scale Hoop-Column Structure
Space deployable structure is a spacecraft structure developed to solve the contradiction between the size of the spacecraft and the capacity constraints of the carrier rocket. It is of great significance in space, among which the hoop-column structure is a structure form with more development potential. It is one of the key techniques to solve the problem of multiple degrees of freedom and low efficiency in the dynamic modeling of spatial structure by the traditional finite element method. In this paper, an equivalent modeling method based on multi-rigid-body ring structure is proposed for the structural characteristics of large spatial Hoop-Column structures. Firstly, based on the characteristics of the ring structure, the model of the multi-rigid-body spring system is established, and then the stiffness coefficient is introduced in view of the pre-tensioning effect of the cable of the Hoop-Column structure, and the dynamic equation of the multi-rigid-body model of the ring cable structure is established by using the matrix method. Finally, the numerical model established by the finite element method is taken as a reference, and the natural vibration characteristics of the equivalent model of the Hoop-Column structure are compared and analyzed, and the accuracy and computational efficiency of the equivalent modeling method are verified. The results show that the equivalent modeling method of multi-rigid body ring structure greatly improves the computational efficiency on the basis of satisfying the computational accuracy, and the model is suitable for subsequent vibration control design.
