A Two-Channel Amplitude and Phase Consistency Calibration Algorithm for in-Situ Measurement System of Electromagnetic Radiation Characteristics

Due to the presence of various unpredictable and uncontrollable factors in the actual application of electromagnetic radiation characteristic in-situ measurement systems, the signals acquired by double channels are often inconsistent in amplitude and phase. To mitigate or eliminate the detrimental effects of these issues on the outcomes of the system and to enhance the anti-interference ability of the system, this paper has undertaken research into the calibration and compensation algorithms for dual-channel time-domain signal amplitude and phase, and has been proposed a calibration algorithm to search the minimum phase difference and achieve average amplitude compensation. This algorithm demonstrates lower errors in amplitude and phase calibration compared to the algorithms based on the minimum gradient descent method and ridge regression models, thereby facilitating the extraction of the electromagnetic radiation characteristics of valuable signals.
