Design of the In-Situ Measurement System for Electromagnetic Radiation Characteristics Based on Spatial Filtering
With the increasing number of electronic equipment loaded by large equipment and platforms, large equipment and platforms are facing more and more serious electromagnetic compatibility problems. This paper proposes the in-situ measurement system for electromagnetic radiation characteristics based on spatial filtering, which can detect the electromagnetic radiation performance of large equipment and platform with large volume and many equipment that cannot be transported to the standard open field or standard indoor field for measurement. The system consists of hardware and software, which can effectively filter out the environmental electromagnetic interference in the field test. Compared to conventional electromagnetic compatibility test systems, the system provides greater real-time capability, mainly in the frequency range from 300 MHz to 6 GHz. The measurement results show that the system can quickly and accurately extract useful signals in the presence of broadband width, high dynamic and transient signals, and can effectively suppress many types of interference such as narrow band and broadband, with the interference suppression capacity of more than 20 dB.
