User Experience Analysis of SPMBFront Page on siAkadCloud Application Using System Usability Scale Method

The implementation of information technology in the education sector, especially at the university level, has been massively carried out and plays an important role in various aspects. One of them is the use of the SPMBFront dashboard for new student admissions. However, in its implementation, various complaints were found from users related to the confusing system flow and incomplete information details. Research was conducted to analyze user experiences on SPMBFront using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to identify usability problems and provide improvement suggestions. The response obtained from the test results on 182 respondents, obtained a SUS score of 57 with category D which means it is still acceptable but there is still room for improvement. Based on this test, the researcher developed a new prototype design for SPMBFront and user feedback was collected. The average feedback value obtained is 4.7 out of 5. This shows that this new prototype design has a better user experience and is able to help resolve the difficulties faced by users in the previous SPMBFront dashboard design.
