The study develops a web-based preadmission information system at Sint Carolus Hospital using software such as Visual Paradigm, Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, Yii2 Framework, and the Chrome web browser, utilizing the Agile methodology, specifically Scrum. The Scrum stages are explained in detail. The research findings demonstrate that the use of a web-based preadmission information system significantly enhances the efficiency of managing preadmission patient data, accelerates services, and reduces the risk of data input errors. In conclusion, the development of a web-based preadmission information system using the Agile approach has proven successful in enhancing the efficiency of the preadmission patient registration process at Sint Carolus Hospital Jakarta.
