Design of an Inband Millimeter Wave Full Duplex Circularly Polarized Antenna
This paper proposed an inband millimeter wave full duplex circularly polarized antenna. Multilayer structure and metasurface are employed. Left hand circularly polarization (LHCP) and right hand circularly polarization (RHCP) can be realized by exciting different ports. Slots and strip metal patches are used to improve isolation between ports. The simulated impedance bandwidth is 17%, ranging from 24.08GHz to 28.62GHz. The 3dB axial ratio bandwidth ranges from 25.72GHz to 28.69GHz. Isolation in the operate band is greater than 19.31dB, the maximum isolation is 39.55dB at 26GHz. The maximum gain at 26GHz is 8.60dB.
