Graphene-Based Magnetically Tunable Wideband Terahertz Absorber
This paper proposes a broadband THz tunable absorber based on graphene via static magnetic field bias (SBMF), exhibiting an outstanding absorption of more than 90% in the frequency range from 1.49 THz to 2.41 THz (i.e., the relative bandwidth is 47%). The operating frequency band of the absorber can be dynamically tuned by adjusting the magnitude of the SBMF. Moreover, the absorber has excellent properties of insensitive polarization. Due to its sub-wavelength structure, small volume, tunable and broadband characteristics, the absorber can meet the requirements of miniaturization and integration.
