Complete mitochondrial genome of Japanese Pygmy Woodpecker, Dendrocopos kizuki Temminck 1836 (Aves: Picidae), in South Korea
The complete mitochondrial genome of the Japanese Pygmy Woodpecker, Dendrocopos kizuki (Aves: Picidae), was analyzed using next-generation sequencing. The mitogenome has a total length of 16,838 bp, consisting of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, two ribosomal RNA genes, and a control region divided into two areas. The nucleotide composition of the mitogenome was as follows: 28.7% adenine (A), 33.6% cytosine (C)<span style=color:#999999 > ... </span><a href=javascript:; onclick=onClickReadNode('NODE12028687');fn_statistics('Z354','null','null'); style='color:#999999;font-size:14px;text-decoration:underline;' >전체 초록 보기</a>
