The Economic and Legal Regulation of the Integration of the Russian Federation with Friendly Countries

The article analyzes the general trends in the genesis of modern approaches to the formation of sources of law regulating cross-border relations for the purpose of integrating the Russian Federation with friendly countries under the conditions of sanctions. The question is raised about the consideration of acts of the national legislation of the Russian Federation regulating cross-border relations with individual and legal entitiesof friendly countries as the prevailing source of law.
